We can ship within Japan and worldwide.

Japan

  • Delivery time: Usually takes 1-3 business days after order is placed.

  • Shipping time: We aim to ship orders by 10:00 a.m. on the same day at the earliest. However, during busy periods such as year-end and New Year holidays and sale periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

  • Shipping method: We use Yamato Transport.

  • Shipping fee: A flat rate of 350 yen for orders totaling 9,999 yen or less; free shipping for orders of 10,000 yen or more.

  • Remarks

- Orders of 9,999 yen or less will be shipped by Nekopos or Kuroneko Yu-packet. If the product size exceeds the regulations, it will be shipped by TA-Q-BIN. No additional charges will be incurred if the shipping method is changed.

- Orders over 10,000 yen will be shipped by Ta-Q-Bin.

- All shipments come with tracking service.

    • Shipping method: We use UPS.

    • Delivery time: Usually takes 4-12 business days after order is placed. Delivery may take longer in some areas.

    • Shipping cost: Varies depending on each region. Please see below for details.

    • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. However, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated.
