We do not accept returns for customer convenience.
Exchanges at the convenience of the customer
We do not accept exchanges due to customer reasons.
Returns due to initial defects
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is initially defective or damaged, we will accept a return. If the following conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please understand this beforehand.
Return procedure
The item has not been worn, cleaned, or altered, and has not been used. The merchandise must be in its original condition, including odors, etc. The product and accessories are not missing or damaged, and the tags have not been removed. The same delivery company (Yamato Transport) as that used for delivery must be used. Please note that we may not be able to accept any other items that we deem inappropriate. In addition, products with individual differences unique to the product may not be considered as initial defects. (e.g., products with individual differences in the appearance of patterns and colors of natural stones, etc.)
How to return merchandise

Return shipping charges
We will bear the shipping costs for returns.

If the condition of the item is significantly different from that of the original shipment upon confirmation upon arrival at our store, we will not be able to provide a refund. If an item is returned that does not meet the return requirements, it may be returned to the shipping address again. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage if the item is returned using a shipping method determined by the customer. Please be sure to return your package by a method that is traceable.
