Refund policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product, you may still return it. We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. However, please note the following procedures and conditions
- In order to submit a request for the return of merchandise, you must first submit a request for a return number within 14 days of receiving the merchandise by contacting us and stating your "return request" and order number.
- You will receive a return number and return shipping address from us within 48 hours on business days.
- After the return number is issued, please return the item(s) to the designated return address within another 14 days. Please clearly write the "return number" on the return shipping slip.
- Once we receive the merchandise, we will process the refund within 5 business days and notify you by email that the process has been completed.
- Merchandise to be returned must be unused and in good condition with all original tags, protective materials, packaging, accessories, pouch, and brand box.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are damaged or stained, do not have the original tags, or are in non-resalable condition. We may not be able to provide a refund if the condition of the item is significantly different from when it was shipped.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged except for initial defects.
- Sale items and some promotional items are also not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. In addition, customers are responsible for making their own arrangements to return merchandise to our warehouse using a traceable method. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Other:
- Refund amounts do not include shipping charges or customs duties.
- As a rule, we do not accept exchanges of merchandise. If you wish to exchange an item, please send it back to us first (only if it meets the return requirements). After that, please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon arrival.
