Q. Can I return sale items?
A. Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges of sale items for customer convenience.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail or contact form.
Q. Is it possible to exchange my order?
A. Generally, we do not exchange products. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item (only if it meets the return requirements). You must then place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange.
Q. When is the product expected to arrive?
A. For shipments within Japan, we usually deliver products within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. For orders placed before 10:00 a.m., we aim to ship the same day at the earliest. However, please note that during busy periods such as year-end and New Year holidays and sale periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
